Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. This is a leadership-focused role requiring strong technical knowledge, site management expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.

The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities across multiple project phases
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Review architectural and structural drawings, prepare BOQs, and verify project specifications
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management
• Identify and resolve site challenges to ensure smooth and efficient project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling residential and commercial construction projects
• Strong site management capability with hands-on supervision experience
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
