Construction Manager – Hotel Project (Main Contractor)

The Construction Manager leads end-to-end site delivery of a major hotel development, ensuring programme certainty, cost control, quality excellence, and HSE compliance . The role oversees all construction operations, subcontractor performance, commercial coordination, and resource management to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to premium hospitality standards .

Core Focus Areas:

• Full responsibility for construction execution, sequencing, and site operations
• Cost, commercial, and contract control , including value engineering and risk management
• Leadership of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Delivery of luxury-quality standards in structure, finishes, and services
• Strong governance on HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance
• Interface management with client, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Oversight of mobilization, logistics, procurement coordination, and commissioning

Profile Fit:

• Strong background with Tier-1 main contractors
• Proven experience delivering hotel / hospitality / mixed-use developments
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, cost control, and project delivery systems
• High leadership capability with strong commercial and operational acumen
