Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations
• Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid, coordinating timelines with subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently and accurately
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical specifications
• Manage project budgets by conducting accurate construction estimating and cost control measures
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination
• Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software for documentation, progress tracking, and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in construction site operations and project coordination
• Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Primavera; experience with Civil 3D is a plus
• Hands-on experience with construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam
• Knowledge of heavy civil or commercial construction projects is highly desirable
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for effective project execution
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for clear collaboration across diverse teams
