Civil Foreman

We are hiring a Civil Foreman with experience in villa construction projects in Dubai. The candidate will supervise site activities, manage labor, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor site quality, safety, and progress
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers
• Maintain daily site reports

Requirements:

• 4–5 years UAE experience in villa construction (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience in manpower supervision and site coordination
• Knowledge of material control and site safety
