Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on site management
- Proven experience in real estate, infrastructure, and camp projects
- Extensive experience working in Oman/GCC countries
- Demonstrated track record managing projects of similar scale and value
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution of works
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth execution
- Monitor construction progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
- Review and approve method statements, work procedures, and site plans
- Manage resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations
- Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and authority approvals in Oman/GCC
- Understanding of contract management (FIDIC or similar standards)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Health, Safety & Quality:
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and site safety regulations
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety standards on-site
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards
Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage site teams, engineers, and supervisors
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple work fronts and complex site challenges
Pay: RO800.000 - RO1,300.000 per month
