Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the execution of landscape construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The role includes coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and supervise all landscape construction activities on-site, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and related civil works.

Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Coordinate between consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and design-related issues.

Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, material procurement, and equipment usage.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget control, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with specifications.

Lead site meetings, issue progress reports, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

Manage subcontractor performance and ensure proper documentation and approvals for all site activities.

Oversee installation of landscape elements (plants, trees, paving, water features, lighting, furniture, etc.) ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and company policies at all stages of construction.

Coordinate project handover, snag lists, and ensure client satisfaction upon completion.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.

Minimum
8–12 years of experience
in landscape construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Proven track record in managing large-scale landscape and infrastructure projects in the GCC.

Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, irrigation systems, and site coordination.

Familiarity with project management tools, drawings review, and construction documentation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
