Construction Manager (Substation Projects)

We are urgently hiring a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee substation construction projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background with extensive experience in substation civil and structural works and proven leadership in managing site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction execution of substation projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Supervise site teams, engineers, and subcontractors across all project phases.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, and work progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Review and monitor material requisitions, drawings, and subcontractor performance.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to maintain project efficiency.
• Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings with site teams and management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in substation construction management.
• Strong understanding of DEWA, TRANSCO, ADDC standards and project specifications.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• UAE experience in substation or infrastructure projects preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
