Responsibilities:


  1. Project Planning, Scheduling and Controlling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones in coordination with engineers, and other stakeholders. Utilize project management software and tools to monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and progress. Ensure compliance to reporting standards (MIS) and ensure Control over the project through close monitoring of reports.


  1. Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project deadlines are met. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.


  1. Budget Management: Troubleshoot between team for project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Monitor and control project expenses to avoid cost overruns.


  1. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. Conduct regular risk assessments and update project plans accordingly.


  1. Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, schedule changes, and budgetary adjustments.


  1. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards and regulations. Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specified requirements.


Qualifications and skill-sets:


  1. Bachelors in Engineering (Civil/Construction). Masters preferred in a relevant field, from an exceptional institute.
  2. Proficient in AutoCad, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office and be updated on emerging technology platforms.
  3. Proven, robust work experience of 6-9 years with reputed firms, minimum 3 years in the luxury segment
  4. Express high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people – contractors, architects, vendors, interior designers, construction lead, commercial team.
  5. Strong understanding of the project management process
  6. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills
  7. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
