Construction Planning Engineer

Hennessey is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.

With nearly 30 years in the UAE, Hennessey delivers construction, fit-out, refurbishment, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, education, and luxury residential projects across the region. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects within a well-established contractor.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain project programmes using Primavera P6

·        Prepare baseline, resource-loaded, and cost-loaded schedules

·        Produce manpower histograms, cash flows, and progress reports

·        Monitor project progress and analyse critical paths and delays

·        Develop mitigation and recovery plans for impacted activities

·        Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and management

·        Support planning from tender stage through to project completion

Requirements

·        Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

·        4–7 years of construction planning experience

·        Strong Primavera P6 knowledge

·        Experience with cost loading, histograms, and mitigation planning

·        UAE experience required
