Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to assist in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and job profits.
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, site supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
  • Organize and attend project meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are tracked.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Create Purchase orders and review all installer invoices for accuracy
  • Responsible for invoicing projects and submitting to clients
  • Track po’s and costs for work self performed work done by Satoree employees
  • Pull permits, review payment terms and contracts
  • Support project management in resolving issues and mitigating risks.
  • Any misc tasks necessary to ensure projects run smoothly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction or project coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
