Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who understands masonry construction inside and out and can manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring top-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of masonry projects from planning through completion.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Coordinate and manage crews, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with builders, architects, and clients.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and quality control standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations.
• Provide leadership and support to field teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in masonry construction and project management.
• Strong understanding of masonry methods, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership experience managing crews and multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
