As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of complex construction projects—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction through completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring smooth execution
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to solve challenges and drive projects forward
  • Organize and lead project meetings, tracking action items and key deliverables
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and schedules

Financial & Contract Management

  • Oversee project budgets, billing, and cost reporting
  • Process change orders and client requests promptly
  • Manage and execute agreements and contracts with customers and vendors
  • Price new scopes of work and track project financials

Site & Team Oversight

  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and progress
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Manage punch lists and project closeout
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction financials, contracts, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Construction Financial Management Systems (Procore preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
