Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee framing and drywall construction projects in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position coordinates closely with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction with a strong background in framing and drywall systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage framing and drywall construction projects from project kickoff through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to meet project timelines
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes related to framing and drywall systems
• Monitor project progress and address scheduling, scope, or operational challenges
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress updates
• Maintain communication with clients, general contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety, quality standards, and production progress
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing framing, drywall, or interior construction projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and jobsite coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors, crews, and project schedules
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local project sites
