Role Overview

As a Project Manager at SilverBulletInc., you will be the bridge between our clients, our field crews, and our subcontractors. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously—ranging from residential kitchen updates to commercial salon and office build-outs—ensuring every job is completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from initial estimate to final walkthrough.
• Scheduling: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house labor to ensure seamless project flow.
• Budget Management: Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure profitability without compromising quality.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and craftsmanship.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving any issues promptly.
• Permitting & Compliance: Navigate local building codes and manage the permit process for various municipalities in the Naperville/Schaumburg area.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of experience in construction project management (residential and/or commercial experience required).
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, understand structural requirements, and utilize project management software.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both high-end residential clients and commercial stakeholders.
• Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel between job sites.
