Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oak Creek, WI, for a skilled Construction Project Manager. The role involves overseeing end-to-end construction projects, coordinating with teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project timelines are met. The Construction Project Manager will liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management tools and processes
  • Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Demonstrated experience with Budgeting and cost management for construction projects
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, multitask, and solve problems effectively
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are a plus
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools, such as Procore, project management and scheduling software
