Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Construction Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating between project stakeholders to achieve timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all on-site construction operations.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Implement quality assurance and safety protocols at the site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams.
• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and progress records.
• Assist in material estimation, procurement, and cost control activities.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registration preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
