Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads specifically for civil engineering projects.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts (website, social media, SEO) to position the company as a leader in civil estimation and project execution.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral (e.g., case studies, presentations, brochures) targeted at potential civil clients.

2. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and prospect new clients and project opportunities in the civil engineering sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate terms, present proposals, and close deals to secure new civil projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

3. Civil Estimation & Technical Understanding

  • Utilize their knowledge of civil estimation to understand client requirements and project scope accurately.
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope documents.

  • Effectively communicate the technical aspects of the project estimation and proposal to the client, building trust in the company's capability and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations and estimation teams to ensure proposals are technically sound, competitive, and profitable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing or business development role (3+ years).
  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Civil Estimation and software used in civil projects).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively "crack the deal" with sophisticated clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/ Marketing, or a related field (a combination of a technical degree with a business/marketing Master's is highly valuable) or having experience of Estimation Firm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
