- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members meet conversion goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and skill enhancement sessions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and lead performance to identify opportunities.
- Plan promotional offers, referral programs, and partnership strategies with marketing support.
- Maintain relationships with high-value and corporate clients.
- Handle escalated client queries or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise proper communication flow between clients, counselors, and the processing team.
- Track KPIs: leads handled, conversions, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates for all client interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with the processing team to ensure smooth post-sale service delivery.
- Provide feedback to management on service improvements and client trends.
- Mentor new sales staff and conduct training on immigration programs, communication, and sales techniques.
- Ensure team awareness of the latest immigration updates and eligibility criteria for Australia, Canada, and USA.
