  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members meet conversion goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and skill enhancement sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and lead performance to identify opportunities.
  • Plan promotional offers, referral programs, and partnership strategies with marketing support.
  • Maintain relationships with high-value and corporate clients.
  • Handle escalated client queries or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise proper communication flow between clients, counselors, and the processing team.
  • Track KPIs: leads handled, conversions, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates for all client interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the processing team to ensure smooth post-sale service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to management on service improvements and client trends.
  • Mentor new sales staff and conduct training on immigration programs, communication, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure team awareness of the latest immigration updates and eligibility criteria for Australia, Canada, and USA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
