Construction Site Supervisor with valid Emirates id and NOC

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progresses as per schedule

* Coordinate and manage labor, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

* Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on site

* Review drawings and resolve any technical issues in coordination with engineers and consultants

* Track project progress and report to the Project Manager regularly

* Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage

* Conduct site inspections and maintain records of work completed

* Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and storage

* Address and resolve any site-related issues or conflicts promptly

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

* Proven experience in construction site supervision

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Good leadership and communication skills

* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Familiarity with local authority regulations (e.g., municipality requirements)

* Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
