Position: Consultant – Accounting, Taxation & Business Operations (Sales & Delivery)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business development skills, where the candidate will not only manage accounting and taxation assignments but also actively contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a CA / Inter CA / ACCA qualified professional with strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax, along with the ability to handle client relationships and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Client Delivery

• Manage and oversee client assignments related to Accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Coordinate audits, financial reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Supervise and guide junior team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle multiple client portfolios independently with high-quality delivery.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Actively identify and generate new business opportunities for accounting and taxation services.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
• Convert leads into clients and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and expand market presence.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA / Inter CA / ACCA (part-qualified or fully qualified).
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or audit, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax.
• Proven ability or interest in sales, client handling, and business development.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or ERP systems).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage both client delivery and revenue targets effectively.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
