About Our Competitive Strategy Practice
Prescient has three core practices: Commercial, Medical and Competitive Strategy. We deliver best-in-class biopharmaceutical intelligence, acting as a thought partner to top biopharma organizations around the world. Our offerings are designed to anticipate and respond to competitive risk across the product life cycle – from early pipeline through post-launch – delivering timely insights and strategic implications that enable integrated decision making across competitive intelligence, marketing, and medical and commercial functions.
When you join this exciting venture, you will work with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the full product life cycle, from discovery to loss of exclusivity, to help them unlock the full potential of their brands and portfolios.
About the Opportunity – Consultant
You will be part of a fast-growing, PE-backed business that enables motivated, high-performing individuals to make an impact and contribute to the company’s growth. In this role, you will apply your therapeutic, clinical and commercial understanding to support the development and commercialization strategies of our clients’ assets and portfolios. You will help project teams generate insight-led recommendations that enable leaders at top biopharma companies to “see around the corner” and make confident, well-informed business decisions.
You will need strong project management, communication and client-facing skills, as you will work closely with Engagement Managers, Directors and our global analysis team to deliver high-quality strategic work effectively and efficiently. You will contribute to shaping the story, structuring analysis, and ensuring the clarity and robustness of outputs.
You will bring an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset to your work, supporting the client, the business and your project team. Over time, you will build your presence as a credible strategic partner to client stakeholders, with guidance and oversight from senior Prescient leaders.
As many clients are based in the US, this role requires a solid understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical landscape and key market trends, and an eagerness to deepen this knowledge continually.
