Consultant & Distributor Support – Analyst

As an Analyst in the Consultant & Distributor Support team, you will manage and enhance fund data for consultant sales initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure data accuracy. You will contribute to project management and support business growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update consultant databases and websites with fund performance and characteristics.
• Review Due Diligence Questionnaires for accuracy and completeness.
• Add or modify products in databases by liaising with product teams.
• Respond promptly to consultants’ requests for customized data.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and report accuracy.
• Communicate effectively to ensure project success and adherence to controls.
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to review and challenge team outputs.
• Provide project management support for senior leadership.
• Document and design business rules and data models with SMEs.
• Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and workflows.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Science, or Information Technology.
• Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Utilize Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analyze and synthesize large data sets and business processes.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Map and understand complex workflows and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Apply knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA, Python, or Alteryx.
• Initiate creative solutions with a proactive attitude.
• Display strong work ethic and operational understanding across banking, markets, or sales.
