Candidate Profile
Looking for MBA Graduates. Freshers and Experienced folks ( max 30 Months) can apply. Candidates based out of Ernakulam/Cochin would be preferred. Must be proficient in Verbal and Written English. The candidate must be will willing to follow a Proven Sales Development -methodology on an ongoing basis and must not crack under pressure. Basic knowledge of Excel, Experience working with CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
As Consultant-Inside Sales, your primary job would be to help Secure meetings for the Sales teams of our clients with their Target customers. You would be reaching out to the prospects using Various Channels like Phone, E-mais, LinkedIn etc to secure those crucial meetings. The contact list would be provided by our Market Research Team. You Would have to reach out to about 150 to 175 prospects every day (Our experience Says, that shouldn’t take over 5 hours).
Follow up with the prospects for getting those Virtual Meetings on the calendars. The employee would require to attend those meetings, as and when they get executed
The Target would be 8 meetings in a month, The role would be a desk job, and there would be no need for Intercity and Intracity Travel.
The candidate would be given a ramp up time of 30 days, Post which the targets kick in
Career Growth
If you can overachieve your set targets for the 1st year (Post ramp-up), you would be promoted to Senior Consultant-Inside Sales at the end of Year 1. In addition to your personal targets, you would have Consultants tagged along to you. You would be responsible for their ramp up. You are expected to Equip them with the Knowledge, Best Practices, Tools etc so that they can achieve their Set Targets. They would be cross functionally reporting to you and the Management.
If you perform well as Senior-Consultant Inside Sales for 1 year, you would be promoted to Manager- Inside Sales, where you will have Senior Consultants and Consultants Directly reporting to you and whose targets would be your responsibility. Ina addition to that you will be managing the Client relationships for IndiLeads
