Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – IT ServiceNow to oversee and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The role involves managing system configurations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and supporting ITSM processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of ITIL practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain ServiceNow platform, including incident, problem, change, and request management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and scalability

Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and automation within ServiceNow

Provide technical support and training to end-users

Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or development

Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks

ServiceNow certification preferred
