We are currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Physician – Internal Medicine (Arabic Speaker) to join a prestigious government healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care for adult patients and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical history and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory investigations, imaging, and other screening procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications accordingly.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient cases and conduct regular ward rounds.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and departmental meetings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital protocols, and medical ethics.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification / Fellowship in Internal Medicine.
• Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
• Eligible for DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) Consultant License.
• Minimum 3–10years of post-specialization experience, including consultant-level experience.
• Strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing complex medical cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
