We have a challenging opportunity opened up for the role of Consultant/Senior Consultant - Project Audit in our Capital Projects & Construction practice.
They are responsible for developing business, serving clients and ensuring outstanding quality execution of projects. Managers develop contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market. Basis their credibility, they are able to attract and retain the best of talent.
Role Requirements
Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Conduct project audits covering cost, schedule, contracts, quality, risk, and governance for real estate and capital projects
- Review project controls, approval mechanisms, and compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Assess project health, identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze project budgets, estimates, cash flows, and cost-to-complete forecasts
- Review project schedules, milestones, delay claims, and change orders
- Validate payment certifications, variations, and contractor claims
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction etc.) or Architecture.
- Master's in Business Administration (Finance, Strategy, Operations, and General Management).
- Experience of working in any of the Big 4 consulting firms in the region with focus on Capital Projects Advisory, including dispute resolution.
- Candidate with Minimum 3+ years of industry related / relevant consulting experience with in-depth understanding of the Capital Projects domain. Key areas of expertise expected include project management, cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting and accounting.
- Must have strong local/regional community network and be an active member of trade and professional associations.
