Systems Limited is hiring a Consumer Insights Manager to analyze digital consumer conversations, behaviors, and channel performance, while delivering competitive and data-driven insights across the FMC and NC categories.


This role will transform digital data into actionable insights on consumer motivations, perceptions, and trends — supporting data-driven decision-making, innovation, and risk management across nicotine categories


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Monitor and analyze online conversations, searches, forums, and social media related to FMC and NC, focusing on:
  • Consumer drivers, perceptions, and sentiments
  • Emerging trends and regulatory discussions
  • Tobacco harm reduction (THR) narratives
  • Identify and interpret consumer motivations, behaviors, and attitudes across legal and illicit product segments
  • Monitor and benchmark competitor brands, campaigns, and product innovations to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports summarizing category performance, digital trends, and emerging insights for senior stakeholders
  • Synthesize insights from multiple digital sources (social listening, search analytics, discussion forums, etc.) to inform marketing and commercial strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical standards, and industry regulations in all digital monitoring and analytics activities


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital analytics, social listening, or consumer insight roles
  • Proven expertise with digital analytics and listening tools (e.g.,Talkwalker, Sprinklr, SimilarWeb, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior forFMCG categories
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advance use of Excel, and experience with data visualization and automation preferred

  • Marketing, and deployment teams
  • External digital intelligence and social listening agencies
  • System’s & Accenture Teams

  • Continuously explore new digital data sources, tools, and methodologies to enhance consumer understanding.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for more efficient, real-time insight generation
