About Delhivery Direct:

Delhivery Direct is our consumer-facing shipping platform, enabling individuals to send and receive parcels conveniently across India — from intercity deliveries to hyperlocal shipments.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build and scale awareness and consideration for Delhivery Direct — someone who lives and breathes digital culture, understands the pulse of the consumer, and knows how to drive conversations that move markets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own awareness and engagement: Build top-of-funnel visibility for Delhivery Direct through always-on digital campaigns, influencer marketing, and social storytelling.
  • Influencer and creator partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms to bring Delhivery Direct to life in culture-relevant ways.
  • Seasonal and occasion-based campaigns: Plan and execute high-frequency campaigns around festive periods, gifting seasons, and shipping demand peaks.
  • Social-first marketing: Lead content ideation and narrative development for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — staying ahead of trends and cultural moments.
  • Program management: Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign rollouts.
  • Performance tracking: Measure campaign effectiveness using brand lift, awareness metrics, and engagement KPIs; iterate quickly based on learnings.



What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience in consumer marketing at a leading internet or consumer services brand (Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, Meesho, Dunzo, etc.).
  • Proven ability to run high-velocity digital and influencer campaigns .
  • A social-first thinker who lives on the internet, understands trends, and knows how to make brands part of the conversation.
  • Execution powerhouse – strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns in parallel.
  • Comfortable working with agency and creator ecosystems and managing budgets effectively.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital platforms, and brand storytelling .
