Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth

·      Lead and execute the overall sales and growth strategy for Event U Rox.

·      Identify and unlock new business opportunities across corporate, MNC, and global markets.

·      Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion.

·      Define quarterly and annual sales targets, with actionable roadmaps to achieve them.

2. Client & Market Development

·      Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, HR leaders, and Brand Managers.

·      Understand client objectives deeply and convert them into impactful experiential solutions.

·      Represent EUR at pitches, industry forums, and networking platforms.

·      Oversee lead generation, proposal submissions, and closure with a focus on conversion excellence.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

·      Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and client servicing team.

·      Collaborate closely with Concept, Design, and Operations teams to create winning proposals.

·      Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability across the sales function.

4. Financials & Performance

·      Oversee P&L performance, pricing strategy, and profit margins per project.

·      Ensure process compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting.

·      Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management with insights and recommendations.


Required Skills & Competencies

·      Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

·      Strong corporate and brand network across India.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·      Deep understanding of event management, brand activations, and experiential marketing dynamics.

·      Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and deal closure.

·      Ability to manage multiple clients, teams, and deliverables with precision.


Educational Qualification

·      Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      MBA preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience.
