Your role:
  • Develops and manages the creation of a global integrated innovation and communication roadmap, including new product launches, Commercial Innovation, and always-on base business, based on thorough analysis of consumer, market, and competitor insights for a designated portfolio.
  • Collaborates with R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing Communications teams to design and maintain superior propositions that exceed consumer expectations, ensuring smooth execution across innovation processes (VPC, AD, PDLM, and MLD).
  • Leads the adoption and adaptation of the global roadmap into locally relevant strategies, ensuring alignment with local consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscape, and local media/channel choices. Manage the localization of global content, supplementing it with locally developed content when necessary.
  • Guides insights teams to collect and communicate local consumer, market, competition, and trend data to global teams, ensuring these insights are capitalized on to drive product innovation and business growth.
  • Ensures the overall consistency and guidance of the Consumer Experience Journey across all touchpoints, ensuring that execution aligns with the category's brand positioning and visual identity in both global and local markets.
  • Develops pricing strategies in collaboration with regional and finance teams to ensure they align with market conditions and business objectives, ensuring financial viability while meeting consumer needs.
  • Handles the development and execution of the rolling business region plan, including the management of A&P (Advertising & Promotion) spend, supporting business growth and ensuring the execution of new commercial innovations.
  • Monitors in-market results in collaboration with consumer and commercial analytics teams, tracking business and category growth, market share, and brand strength to optimize marketing plans and execution based on real-time performance.
  • Supports sales teams in channel management by advising on the placement of appropriate product portfolios and providing input on pricing and promotional strategies to maximize market penetration and growth opportunities.
  • Creates and provides strategic input to the plan of records (SPOR) and work closely with ISC counterparts to prepare accurate forecasting, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Leads the development of shopper marketing plans, ensuring best-in-class execution of product launches and promotions that resonate with consumer needs and align with business objectives.
  • Ensures timely and financially viable delivery of critical initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams (including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing), ensuring that all projects meet consumer needs and business goals within the scope of the global and local roadmaps.


You're the right fit if:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and brand management

  • Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns

  • Strong strategic mindset and analytical skills

  • Experience in FMCG

  • Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
