Consumer Services Associate

You will be responsible for overseeing all consumer services by implementing and using the necessary tools. You will organize available data, monitor it for regular reporting, and manage the consumer feedback system across all current and potential new channels.

The position will be based in Izmir and report to the Sales Planning Manager.

Position:

As the Consumer Services Associate, you will be responsible for:

Consumer Services:

  • Serve as the main contact for tobacco-related feedback and JTI Sales operations
  • Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of feedback with relevant stakeholders
  • Log quality-related feedback in the Global Feedback Management System
  • Provide quarterly analysis reports on quality feedback and inform related stakeholders

New and Relaunches of Products:

  • Track progress of new launches and rejuvenation projects; update stakeholders regularly and suggest solutions when needed
  • Coordinate closely with Legal and Quality Assurance to ensure clear and accurate communication

Sales and Field Uniforms:

Support the bidding process with agencies for design, production, and distribution, in collaboration with related stakeholders

Quality Management System:

  • Maintain and update quality-related policies in alignment with global guidelines
  • Ensure local processes comply and remain consistent
  • Communicate updates to relevant teams, including Sales & Marketing Management

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in FMCG marketing and/or trade marketing
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced level of MS Office tools and database management
