Sunrice Foods (Pvt) Ltd has over 26 years of experience exporting premium-quality rice to markets across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Headquartered in Lahore, we are now expanding into the local FMCG retail market, introducing Sunrice to Pakistani households as a trusted, everyday rice brand.


Role Description


We’re looking for a content-driven marketer who can help build Sunrice’s voice and presence across digital and retail channels. The Content and Brand Marketing Strategist will focus on creating engaging, authentic content that connects with consumers and builds awareness for a new FMCG brand entering the local market.


There’s a story to be told, one of quality, trust, and everyday familiarity, and this role will help bring it to life through thoughtful campaigns, visuals, and collaborations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to grow awareness and engagement.
  • Plan digital and influencer collaborations with food pages, lifestyle creators, and community channels.
  • Run and optimize paid ads on social media platforms to increase reach and drive awareness within target audiences.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Distribution team to highlight in-store visibility, displays, or sampling opportunities.
  • Oversee content production including photography, short videos, and marketing materials with designers and editors.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and message across all platforms.
  • Support participation in food stalls, exhibitions, and trade fairs to increase consumer familiarity.
  • Execute cost-effective campaigns that balance creativity with practical budgets.


Qualities and Experience


  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, consumer, or food brand marketing.
  • Proven experience in content creation, campaign management, or digital brand marketing.
  • Understanding of Pakistani social media trends and consumer culture.
  • Basic design coordination skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills and creative judgment.


Compensation and Benefits


  • PKR 120,000 - 150,000 based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives tied to campaign outcomes.
