Content & Community Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a Content & Community Coordinator to support content creation, online communication, and brand outreach for two food & beverage brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, shoot, and edit content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
• Manage daily social media content
• Reply to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries
• Support brand outreach, collaborations, and events
• Coordinate content around promotions and activations
• Maintain brand tone and visual consistency
• Capture in-store and behind-the-scenes content

Requirements:

• Experience with Instagram & TikTok
• Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
• Graphic Design (a plus, not necessary)
• Strong communication skills
• Organised and proactive
• Comfortable working on-site when needed
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in food, beverage, or lifestyle brands
