Quilling Card LLC is a design-driven greeting card and gift company known for transforming traditional paper artistry into modern, collectible keepsakes. The company’s flagship brand, Quilling Card, is recognized for its intricate hand-crafted quilled paper designs that elevate greeting cards into small works of art.

As the company grows, it is expanding into a multi-brand portfolio strategy. In addition to Quilling Card, the portfolio includes Husk & Heart, a sustainability-focused brand that transforms upcycled natural materials such as corn husks into handcrafted botanical greeting cards. Together, these brands represent complementary expressions of artistry, craftsmanship, and meaningful gifting.

The company operates through direct-to-consumer ecommerce, wholesale partnerships, and online marketplaces, with increasing emphasis on digital storytelling, SEO-driven discovery, and modern ecommerce performance.

This position is full-time, in office.

Role Summary

The Content & Community Manager develops and manages high-quality content that supports brand storytelling, SEO growth, and marketing campaigns across all social and email channels. The role ensures that content initiatives strengthen brand communication while driving organic traffic, engagement, and ecommerce conversion.

In addition, this role builds and nurtures non-branded communities aligned with the company’s creative and sustainability themes, supporting brand amplification, advocacy, and authentic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop SEO-driven content strategies aligned with brand communication planning

· Create website blog content, product storytelling, and digital assets

· Copywriting, content creation and scheduling for all social and email

· Optimize product descriptions and category content for search visibility and conversion

· Implement SEO/SEM best practices across social media and digital platforms

· Support paid social marketing campaigns with high-quality brand content

· Evaluate and refine creative direction to ensure consistency with brand guidelines

· Monitor content performance and continuously optimize engagement and search performance

· Adjust ad spend and audience targeting for paid social campaigns

· Develop and manage non-branded communities aligned with themes such as creativity, craftsmanship, sustainability, and meaningful gifting

· Manage user-generated content brief creation and creator collaboration

· Nurture community relationships to strengthen brand advocacy and organic brand amplification across social media

· Collaborate with the Outbound Marketing Manager to align community insights with marketing strategy

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

· Experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or SEO-driven content development

· Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to brand voice and tone

· Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization tools

· Experience managing social media or community engagement initiatives for organic and paid social

· Ability to analyze content performance using analytics platforms

· Creative mindset with strong collaboration skills

· Photo and Video creation and editing skills via Canva or similar

· Familiarity with Meta Business Suite(FB & Instagram), Pinterest, and Tik Tok

· Email Marketing segmentation and automation expertise with Klaviyo or Hubspot

Position Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area
  • Minimum 4 years in similar position/role
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
