This role requires a combination of creative thinking content creation, and strong communication skills to engage target audiences and drive business objectives.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

· Collaborate within the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
· Define messaging strategies, positioning statements, and value propositions to effectively communicate key benefits and features to target audiences.
· Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, blogs, advertising campaigns and events.
· Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences and communicates key messages effectively.
· Develop content calendars and editorial schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all marketing channels.
· Plan and execute events (exhibitions and seminars) as well as digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
· Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure effectiveness, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
· Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maximize campaign results.
· Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communication materials, including messaging, visual identity, and brand voice.
· Develop and maintain brand assets, such as logos, taglines, and brand guidelines, to support brand recognition and differentiation.
· Support brand-building initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, visibility, and equity.
· Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and publicity opportunities.
· Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to announce company news on, product launches, or events.
· Monitor media coverage, respond to media inquiries, and manage crisis communication situations effectively.
· Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, promotional materials and ensure the quality, consistency, and brand alignment of marketing materials.
