Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with recruitment agencies or business consultancy firms in the UAE, with a strong understanding of the industry, audience, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and original content (social media posts, blogs, videos, brochures, website content, etc.) tailored to recruitment and business consultancy audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Research industry trends in recruitment and business setup services in the UAE.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms to drive traffic and inquiries.
• Create compelling copy for job posts, candidate engagement, and business advisory promotions.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in a recruitment agency or business consultancy in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio of content across digital platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of UAE business setup and recruitment market is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Salary: Based on experience and market standards.
