Key Responsibilities
- Content Development
- Create engaging content across multiple formats — public speaking topics, interviews, opinion talks, storytelling videos, and institute-related features.
- Write and edit scripts for Kairos Talk sessions, promotional videos, and academic or motivational themes.
- Generate creative and informative posts for social media platforms, website, and internal communications.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement content strategies to boost brand engagement and digital presence.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligning with institute events, campaigns, and promotional goals.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for better reach and audience engagement.
- Creative Storytelling
- Ideate and present stories that connect emotionally and intellectually with students and audiences.
- Ensure all content maintains the brand’s tone, creativity, and professionalism.
- Video & Visual Content
- Plan, script, and assist in the execution of video shoots for interviews, student stories, and institute highlights.
- Collaborate with the design and video editing team to ensure visually appealing content.
- Team Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, academic, and media teams to collect inputs and ideas.
- Coordinate with speakers, students, and faculty for interview-based or opinion-led content.
- Ensure timely delivery of planned content and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital media production.
- Excellent command over English and creative writing skills.
- Ability to plan and execute content strategies effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital engagement techniques.
- Basic video scripting, production, and editing knowledge preferred.
- Creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
