Role Objectives:
As a Content Creator, you will create engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms. You will support the execution of content strategies that resonate with our target audience while maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Create long-format content such as newsletters, blog posts, and in-app messages, as well as FAQs within the app that reflects brand tone-of-voice

Contribute in creating and executing different platform content ideas in alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content channels

Contribute in developing high-quality and engaging content for product descriptions, category pages, and promotional campaigns on the platform

Liaise with internal departments to gather and publish relevant announcements across company-owned channels.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

1-2 years of relevant work experience

Excellent written communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Attention to detail, ensuring content is error-free and on-brand.

Familiarity with content best practices for digital platforms (SEO knowledge is a plus).
