Content Creator

Role Objectives:

As a Content Creator, you will create engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms. You will support the execution of content strategies that resonate with our target audience while maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create long-format content such as newsletters, blog posts, and in-app messages, as well as FAQs within the app that reflects brand tone-of-voice
• Contribute in creating and executing different platform content ideas in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content channels
• Contribute in developing high-quality and engaging content for product descriptions, category pages, and promotional campaigns on the platform
• Liaise with internal departments to gather and publish relevant announcements across company-owned channels.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Attention to detail, ensuring content is error-free and on-brand.
• Familiarity with content best practices for digital platforms (SEO knowledge is a plus).
