English Content Researcher

About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced English Teacher & Content Researcher to join our Cairo office. This role focuses on designing English-language learning materials, conducting content research, and supporting the development of high-impact educational programs for both online and in-class environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement English-language instructional materials and curricula for online and classroom programs.
• Lead English content development projects, ensuring alignment with pedagogical standards and intended learning outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, teachers, editors, and multimedia teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Evaluate and enhance instructional content based on learner data, feedback, and performance outcomes.
• Provide training to teachers and deliver classes when needed.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all English teaching materials and instructional approaches.
• Stay updated on current trends in English language teaching, instructional design, educational research, and EdTech innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, Instructional Design, Educational Technology , or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing English language learning materials (English-specific material design is required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, English teaching, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia , LMS platforms).
• Strong research, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
