Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create original and engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and captions for social media platforms
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar
- Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions and hashtags
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to produce high-quality content
- Research trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to keep content relevant
- Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publishing across platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement and respond appropriately
- Track and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools
- Optimize content based on performance insights and platform best practices
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and launches
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a content creator or social media executive
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
