Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content that supports our brand, products, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital content trends, experience in B2B or SaaS content creation, and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling stories for the hospitality and restaurant audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across multiple formats, including blogs, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, and product-related content
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand positioning, marketing goals, and go-to-market initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create content that supports lead generation and customer engagement
• Translate Digital eMenu product features into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across platforms
• Create short-form and long-form content for digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and company website
• Optimize content for SEO and performance tracking
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to refine content direction and messaging
• Support campaign launches, product updates, and promotional initiatives with relevant content

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably within hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or technology sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or an equivalent field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital content trends and social media platforms
• Excellent written communication, storytelling, and editing skills
• Experience creating content for B2B audiences
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality technology or SaaS products
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
