Content Creator

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: I-10/3 (Islamabad Onsite )

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience. The ideal candidate is proficient in various content formats and platforms, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
  
  
  

Experience:

• 0–6 months of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or related digital marketing roles.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Shoot, edit, and produce trending reels, short-form videos, and other social media content to increase brand engagement.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, and posts for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and schedule social media posts that align with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to translate technical concepts into audience-friendly content.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging content formats to ensure the brand stays relevant.
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
• Aid with the visual design of promotional materials.
• Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content for reach and impact.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, preferably in tech/software industry.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media analytics is a plus.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
