Klara Marketing is a Guam-based digital marketing and creative agency. We work with local businesses, government agencies, hotels, restaurants, banks, nonprofits, and growing brands to create content that helps them stand out.

Our team is small, creative, and hands-on. One day you may be filming a restaurant reel, the next you may be helping with a corporate video, a social media campaign, a photoshoot, or a major branding project. We are looking for a part-time Content Creator (potential for full-time) who is eager to learn, comfortable working with people, and excited to help create photo and video content for social media, websites, ads, and client campaigns.

Duties

As a Content Creator, you will help our team with:

• Capturing video and photo content for clients and campaigns
• Assisting during shoots, including setup, lighting, audio, and production support
• Editing short-form videos for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Helping create content ideas, shot lists, storyboards, and visual concepts
• Working with the creative team to produce polished, professional content
• Supporting projects for a variety of industries, from small businesses to larger organizations
• Communicating professionally with team members, clients, and talent during shoots

What We're Looking For

You do not need to know everything already. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity, and willingness to grow.

The ideal candidate is:

• Passionate about video, photography, social media, and storytelling
• Comfortable using a camera or willing to learn
• Familiar with editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Friendly, professional, and easy to work with
• Detail-oriented and able to follow creative direction
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Open to feedback and eager to improve
• Able to work in person and travel to shoot locations around Guam

We are not looking for someone to just “clock in and clock out.” We are looking for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and become part of the team.

Pay: $12 per hour

Schedule: Part time to start, and possibility of full time

Location: In person at our office in Tamuning next to Docomo Pacific HQ.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
