About Us:Her Bloom is a growing wellness brand dedicated to helping women feel confident, inspired, and empowered. We’re looking for two creative, self-driven Content Creators to join our team. Our content blends aesthetically pleasing visuals with real, relatable moments. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life.

Position Overview:The Content Creators will work closely with each other and our team to create polished brand content and engaging visuals while still maintaining a clean, on-brand look that aligns with our brand aesthetic. You’ll help assist with social media content, and contribute creative ideas to strengthen our overall brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Produce both (with minimal AI tools):
• UGC-style content (relatable, conversational, trend-driven)
• Polished content (clean visuals, intentional lighting, elevated feel)
• Pitch and execute content ideas aligned with Her Bloom’s tone
• Participate in remote content shoots
• Film and edit your own content
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to fit the brand
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all social media
• Collaborate with the team on photoshoots, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Contribute creative ideas for audience engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong on-camera presence
• Ability to balance authentic + aesthetic content styles
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Basic editing skills
• Reliable, communicative, and self-directed
• Interest in women’s wellness, lifestyle, or period care

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva
• Strong understanding of social media content creation and trends
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Photography, video editing, or copywriting skills are a plus
