Role Description


This is a full-time, on and off site role based in Dubai for a Content Creator & Marketing Manager


You will manage both the company’s and the founder’s social accounts (Instagram, YouTube), owning strategy, policy and day‑to‑day execution. Deliverables include a social policy and high‑level strategy for both accounts, a content calendar, daily community management, and weekly performance reporting


You will monitor global trends, grow followers across Instagram and YouTube, liaise with the videographer to plan and execute shoots, and set Instagram content and styling standards. On the marketing side you will coordinate with the graphic designer to ensure visual coherence across all channels


Key responsibilities


  • Manage freelance creative resources (graphic designer, videographer, photographer).
  • Develop and implement social media and content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Produce and publish high‑quality content: short‑form video, photography, captions, stories and reels.
  • Maintain the content calendar and platform‑specific posting schedules.
  • Run and optimise paid and organic social campaigns (A/B testing, targeting).
  • Monitor performance and deliver weekly reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Engage the community: respond to messages/comments and grow follower loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for listings, shoots and promotional activity.


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in real‑estate marketing is non‑negotiable.
  • Proven social media marketing and SMO skills.
  • Keeps up‑to‑date with social, creative and property market trends and applies them to strategy.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance content production, personalisation and optimisation.
  • Demonstrable ability to create and execute effective content strategies.
  • Proficient in analysing social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Experience growing and managing engaged social communities.
  • Comfortable working on‑site and collaborating across teams.
