Duties

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging photo, video, and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality content (reels, stories, promotional videos, etc.)
  • Maintain a consistent and appealing brand aesthetic
  • Capture day-to-day moments, events, and highlights within the school
  • Develop, produce, and manage high-quality content across multiple channels including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding efforts.
  • Execute social media marketing strategies utilizing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn; manage scheduling with Buffer or Hootsuite for optimal engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor social listening tools to analyze audience sentiment, track trends, and gather insights for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage public relations initiatives by fostering relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify brand awareness.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising; analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and Web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate photography and video editing projects to produce engaging multimedia content that aligns with branding goals.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring proofread quality control for all published materials.
  • Track campaign performance metrics using web analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with followers and build a strong online community
  • Highlight testimonials, parent experiences, and student success stories

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation combined with a strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; familiarity with Facebook Advertising is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Ability to produce high-quality visual content through photography or video editing; experience with video editing software is preferred.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail; strong written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative campaigns that align with brand identity while engaging target audiences effectively.
  • Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with media outlets, influencers, and internal teams.
