Content Creator – Social Media Sales Specialist

Compensation: Commission- 20% of all Sales. (with potential performance bonuses)

Job Summary:

Our Private Equity Company recently acquired “Cups Brazil” We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator Affiliate Marketer to promote our products, ‘Cups’ through social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of influencer culture, social selling, and content creation, and is passionate about driving sales through engaging campaigns. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company products through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Pinterest
• Develop and share engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories, to attract and convert audiences
• Track affiliate links and optimize strategies based on performance analytics
• Identify and engage with niche communities and target demographics
• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform algorithms
• Report weekly performance metrics and insights to the marketing team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or social media promotion
• Strong presence on one or more major social media platforms
• Ability to create original, compelling visual and written content
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and marketing analytics

Preferred:

• Experience with influencer marketing, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands
• Basic graphic or video editing skills
• Access to a social media audience or community
