Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (Medical Aesthetics & Wellness)

Naya Wellness is a busy medical aesthetics and wellness clinic specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, and functional medicine.

We are not a typical med spa — our brand is built on education, results, and elevated patient experience. We are looking for a creative, strategic content creator who can help bring our vision to life and connect authentically with our audience.

About the Role

We are looking for a local, hands-on content creator to plan, film, and execute high-quality, engaging social media content.

This is NOT a templated posting role. We want someone who understands storytelling, brand voice, and how to create content that builds trust and drives patient bookings.

You will work directly with our founder and team to capture real, educational, and visually compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content plan
• Film high-quality video content (Reels, TikTok, educational clips)
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and trending ideas tailored to our brand
• Edit and deliver polished, on-brand video content
• Assist with posting strategy and content calendar
• Capture before/after treatments, behind-the-scenes, and provider-led education (in-clinic)
• Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to the medical aesthetics/wellness space

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare content (preferred)
• Strong videography + editing skills (iPhone or camera-based)
• Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok content that converts
• Ability to create non-generic, brand-specific content
• Comfortable directing providers on camera (posing, speaking, flow)
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Based in Los Angeles and available for in-person filming

Bonus (Highly Preferred)

• Experience working with med spas, injectors, or wellness brands
• Knowledge of HRT, peptides, or functional medicine content
• Graphic design and light copywriting skills
• Experience growing or managing social media accounts

Compensation

• Competitive monthly retainer or hourly rate (based on experience)
