شركة ايتيكا للادارة التسويقية بالقوز الصناعية 01-دبي توظف مدير صُنّاع محتوى ذو خبرة وكفاءة عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون مهمتك الأساسية استقطاب صُنّاع المحتوى، الإشراف على أعمالهم، وتطوير أدائهم لضمان تقديم محتوى جذاب واحترافي يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.

• المهام والمسؤوليات

استقطاب صُنّاع المحتوى وفق معايير محددة ومتوافقة مع توجه الشركة.

إدارة وتوجيه صُنّاع المحتوى وتقديم الدعم المستمر لهم.

وضع خطط واستراتيجيات محتوى واضحة لضمان نمو ومشاركة عالية.

الإشراف على عملية إنشاء المحتوى من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ.

تدريب صُنّاع المحتوى على كيفية تحسين الأداء، التفاعل، وتقوية الحضور الرقمي.

تنظيم جداول المحتوى ومتابعة الالتزام بها.

التعاون مع فريق التسويق لتنسيق الحملات والإنتاجات المشتركة.

تحليل مؤشرات الأداء (المشاهدات، التفاعل، نمو المتابعين...) واقتراح تحسينات مستمرة.

إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن الأداء والنتائج.

تقديم أفكار مبتكرة لتطوير أساليب المحتوى وتعزيز الهوية الإعلامية للشركة.

• المؤهلات المطلوبة

خبرة سابقة في إدارة صُنّاع المحتوى أو الإشراف على فرق إبداعية.

مهارات قوية في التواصل، الإدارة، والتحفيز.

معرفة شاملة بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي واتجاهاتها (خاصة TikTok و Instagram).

قدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات بناءً على مؤشرات الأداء.

شخصية قيادية، منظمة، وحيوية.

يفضّل خبرة في مجالات التسويق، الإعلام، العلاقات العامة أو مجال مشابه.

Job Description

Etica marketing Management in al Quoz Ind Area 01-Dubai hired a highly skilled and experienced Content Creators Manager to join our team. The primary role of this position is to recruit, manage, and support content creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and goal-aligned content across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruit content creators according to the company’s standards and brand direction.

Manage and guide content creators, providing ongoing support and direction.

Develop clear content strategies to achieve strong growth and engagement.

Oversee the entire content creation process from ideation to execution.

Train creators to improve performance, audience interaction, and digital presence.

Organize content schedules and ensure consistency and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and shared projects.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, etc.).

Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and improvement recommendations.

Suggest innovative ideas to enhance content quality and strengthen brand presence.
