Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly content themes and messaging aligned with business goals, seasonality, and cultural events.
- Break down the monthly plan into weekly schedules detailing post types, vehicles, timing, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure content across all channels is consistent, goal-driven, and in sync with marketing and sales campaigns.
2. Live & On-Location Content
- Host and manage live sessions from showrooms, events, and special activations.
- Document activities, launches, and campaigns in real time for immediate audience engagement.
- Arrange models, vehicles, and shooting locations as needed, ensuring readiness and brand compliance.
3. Content Production Coordination
- Provide clear, detailed creative briefs to videographers and designers with storyline, copy direction, tone of voice, vehicle details, and unique selling points.
- Develop scripts and storyboards for campaigns, reels, and live broadcasts.
- Assign content production tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
4. Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify, assess, and collaborate with influencers who align with brand objectives and audience profiles.
- Negotiate terms, share content guidelines, and oversee influencer deliverables to ensure relevance and impact.
5. Publishing & Community Engagement
- Approve and schedule content for publication across social platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly, maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice.
- Track and optimize publishing schedules for maximum reach and engagement.
6. SEO & Website Content
- Create and edit SEO-friendly website content that improves visibility, ranking, and user experience.
- Ensure online content remains accurate, relevant, and consistent with brand messaging.
7. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze monthly content performance, highlighting best and worst performers, audience behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance data to continually improve results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, and on-camera/live engagement.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and audience engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media platform algorithms.
- Experience with influencer collaboration and content-driven campaigns.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate performance updates clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a passion for data-driven.marketing.
- Familiarity with automotive industry marketing is a plus.
